I had a tenant check in and my Sub-Zero refrigerator was not getting cold, Friday night I left a message for Flying Point and first thing in the morning Lori called, and she is sending over a technician within the hour on Saturday Morning. They were very prompt in arriving at my house. The technicians were polite and extremely professional. And most importantly, they resolved the issue and repaired my refrigerator/freezer at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Flying Point Appliance Repair. Update: I used them again, two years later for repairs to an oven and a second refrigerator. No change from my original review. This time around, I was again very pleased with the whole process from scheduling an appointment through the visit to diagnose the problem, and right through the follow up appointment to complete the repairs. Got text that evening about time for NEXT DAY APP’T with photo of 😇 “little Patrick.” Early morning arrived, his quick analysis, Yep, fairly new Whirlpool Frig —Ice Maker broken!! ( not working —2ND TIME needed replacement!!! Bad appliance in my opinion) Anyway, he said part will be ordered and they’ll let us know. Next day received call and email —“part now in hand and appointment set to install following day!” He arrived on time, carefully and quickly installed new unit!!! After calling a list of repair people, who were either not available too expensive or didn't sound professional, we found Flying Point Appliance, in Southampton. nina libani677 days agoI had a broken burner on a very old Viking stove that was almost impossible to find the right part. I am so happy that Patrick and Charlie told me not to worry and eventually they found the part and the burner is up and running. While here they noticed the metal backsplash was very loose and said they would fix that. Unbelievable, my contractor couldn’t do it but they did. Mallory Ibarra1026 days agoWe had a great experience using Flying Point Appliance Repair. Our technician was scheduled on a Saturday to arrive between 7-9Am and arrived promptly on time. His name was Patrick S. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very communicative. Well dressed and clean, he entered our house and immediately put on booties to cover his shoes, which as a Mom of 4 little ones I appreciate so much! Our Sub Zero refrigerator is over 18 years old. For the last 2 years the freezers have not been working all because of a small part in the back that he was easily able to diagnose and repair. He let us know he wasn't able to fix it that day because the freezers were frozen shut, he rescheduled us for another day (didn't charge for the initial service call) after it thawed out and in the meantime was able to order the parts needed and get them in a timely manner. He arrived on time and was courteous to let me know he was about 20 minutes away before he showed up. He used drop cloth and completed the repairs as discussed and cleaned up when finished. We are very pleased to have our double freezer working now after 2 years. Very satisfied with the customer service as well. We will be calling them again for any future appliance repair needs. We were lucky to find Flying Point several years ago and they are the only company we trust to work on our clients appliances now. They are usually available sooner than all of the other companies and they carry so many parts on their trucks that they usually can make a repair on their first visit.
